Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the world of education, offering new possibilities for teachers and students alike. One of the leading platforms that provides AI-powered tools for educators is Canva, a free online design tool that enables anyone to create stunning visuals.
Canva is an online graphic designing and publishing tool with several functions and features that even beginners can utilize. Anyone can use it to make amazing designs for both personal and business usage. It is designed specifically for those who aren't graphic designers and who can't afford to spend a lot of money on expensive designs. This platform is comprehensive and can be used for everything, including creating resumes and invitation cards. You can also purchase the available paid version to unlock additional features.
Canva was introduced in 2013 with the goal of empowering everyone in the world to design anything and publish anywhere. The following are the values of Canva:
Be a force for good. Making the world a better place through positive actions, inclusion and diversity.
Be a good human. Value good communication. Be open, honest and constructive with yourself, with your team, with the company, and with the world.
Empower others. Empowering others to achieve their goals, both globally and within Canva.
The business was initially called Canvas Chef, to show how the software could offer all the ingredients needed (fonts, illustrations, photos) to design anything — be it a flyer, business card, or restaurant menu. This eventually fell out of favor with the co-founders, so when looking for a new name, one of the team’s engineers explained that “canvas” was pronounced “can-va” in French, and the rest is history.

These commands include those to blur the screen, activate a drum roll, quiet the class, and even activate a timer. These built-in presentation tools can improve your transition time and engagement in lessons.
Group Work. Canva offers a ton of Group Work templates. You may edit the content to make it your own as a teacher. Additionally, you can send the link to your students so that everyone can collaborate online while sorting, brainstorming, or changing ideas.
