Technology is rapidly advancing nowadays. We cannot deny that technology will one day dominate our country. Most people nowadays use social media. We frequently share photographs, memes, and other informative material. Teachers are now posting vlogs or TikTok dances on social media. However, technology should not be used solely for these purposes. We should also include technology into our lessons to improve our learners' digital literacy.
Some students are becoming increasingly interested in technology. They can make better use of it than most adults. As a result, we may take advantage of it and use it to their learning to keep them engaged. Furthermore, children enjoy playing. According to research, play-based learning is essential for children's intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development. In addition, for young children, play is the most accessible approach to learning. Thus, technologies can be utilized for gamification because they provide a variety of features that teachers can employ in their classroom. However, there is an issue. There is a lack of facilities, particularly in terms of technology, and some teachers are unable to effectively use the technology that is offered to them. As a result, the government and technology should provide them with a seminar. To be able to utilize it effectively, teachers must be knowledgeable with these technologies and understand how to use them in order to catch up with the learner's ability to use technology. They should also conduct technology research in order to avoid being left behind and to keep up with other tech-savvy teachers. Teachers, as they say, must be a few steps ahead in order to impart knowledge to all learners.
There are technologies available to help us improve the delivery of our lessons as well as their digital skills. Mentimeter, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Kahoot, Goodle Docs, Jamboard, and many more are among them. Teachers should be aware of existing technologies to help them teach lessons in a more interesting manner. As mentioned above, teachers should be aware on how to maximize these technologies available with the support of our government. The government should investigate how it may aid or support teachers who lack technological competence. They should investigate what technologies should be provided to each school in order for teachers to effectively employ technology.
We should be aware about technology as future educators since we cannot deny that we will use technology once we become educators. Thus, familiarity with and knowledge of technology is an essential skill for all teachers in order to impart knowledge to our learners. Additionally, while we improve each learner's digital skills, we should also improve their 21st century skills.

We are living in a world where a lot of things are invented in order to use it as a weapon for doing our works easy and accessible. Technology takes up a big role to our lives in which we can access different social media platforms, it provides new ways to build, move, communicate, heal, learn, and play. There is no doubt that the use of technology in education is on the rise. For teachers, information technology can form a crucial part of their teaching style. They might use online resources, software programs or apps to help their students engage with and learn concepts from various curriculum areas.
In today’s generation, we cannot deny the fact that most of the learners are more focused in technologies rather than learning in which they are capable to do their work with the help of internet without exerting much effort in thinking. So teachers found a way to use the strengths of learners in using such technology, and learners are engaged in class when there are things that caught up their attention by simply employing online collaborative tools. To harness technology, teachers need help on how to use computers (and other forms of technology) as tools to enhance the curriculum, they need to familiarize the features, functions and how to use it in order to catch up with their learners’ strength in using online tools. When it comes to boosting student engagement, there are many technology-based learning options of teachers to use. Most kids are enjoying playing online and video games, so in order to take advantage with their love in playing games, teachers must employ gamification of learning in which they will engage, make learning more fun, and make it easier for the learners, also to unlock students’ competitiveness. Example of technologies that use gaming principles include Kahoot! There are several online collaborative tools that teachers might use utilize in their teaching process that includes Google Classroom, Quizizz, Mentimeter, Slack, Google Meet, and etc. Through the use of technology, there are ways it could impact future learning opportunities, one of these is making the learning experience more personalised by accommodating different students’ learning styles. Another change is the shift from equipping students with knowledge and skills to be good workers, to being able to think critically, work collaboratively and adapt in an ever-changing global world. In conclusion, through the use of technology in the teaching-learning process is a great approach for teachers because in this way, learners are engaged and they are capable to make learning meaningful. Teachers can be able to harness themselves through the use of technology in employing different methods and strategies in their lesson by utilizing online collaborative tools.

With the occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic which leads the teacher and students needed to deal with borderless classroom where in technology made it's existence in the educational field, teachers had to deal with integrating technology in their teaching. The sudden switch of tradition teaching to technology-based learning had become a challenge to people especially to teachers.
Changes are the ones that are permanent, so as teachers they should not block changes as long as it is for the betterment of the learning process of students. One way of improving the skills ad knowledge of teacher in using technology in their teaching is a training program where in they will be trained how to implement and use different educational tools for them to have a more effective teaching. We really can't deny that technology can really help teachers to facilitate learnings and monitor the students progress, thus training for teachers is really helpful in providing and conducting a meaningful learning process to students.
In conclusion, training are really important as they always say that there will always be a room for improvement. Learning is continuous for learners, so as for teachers. It's not because they are teachers , that doesn't mean that they are not allowed to learn something new because we live in the world where in only changes are permanent. So, training is really important not only to provide an effective and meaningful learning for students, but also to improve the quality teaching of the teachers.

Technology is one of the tools available to teachers today. When creating their own Lesson Plan, they must consider which materials will be used to keep students' attention. As we all know, students are more interested in technology. That is why teachers use technology to assist and teach their students by utilizing various gadgets and apps. However, not all teachers like using technology in the classroom. But due to demand technology in teaching when unexpected situations happens as Covid 19 they start using technology to instruct students. That is why teachers must now understand how to use technology and apps. Because they utilize technology so much, they suffer from problems such as bad eyesight. Furthermore, as a pre-service teacher, we must be flexible at all times. All we want is to provide our students with a high-quality education even if we will suffer from bad eyesight and sleep deprivation. As we all know, instructors play an important role in shaping children into successful adults.
