In conclusion, a lesson plan serves as a blueprint for teachers, guiding them in making learning relevant to each student. It helps teachers in conducting effective student learning. Making a lesson plan is difficult because we have to align it to the students' needs, skills, abilities, and levels.  A strong lesson plan is essential because it serves as a plan to help students become successful learners. Aside from being the implementors, we, teachers, are the molders of all professions, so we must create a good plan to achieve the best outcome, which is to transform students into their desired professions by allowing them to apply all of their learnings gained through the process of meaningful learning provided by the teachers.
